Simply put, a Development Workshop is a team of developers that work on jobs for various clients. Multiple teams work out of our workshop so that we can facilitate the best product for our customers. Developers have a limited set of clients to maintain the highest quality work. 

Each team shares a core set of skills and each individual brings their own specialties to the table.  This is how we keep our technology stack robust. If a team hits a roadblock they can go to any of the other developers that work with us for a second opinion.
